Asian style Aussie grassfed beef dumplings
Portion size: 3 oz
Alternate cuts: Any ground Aussie grassfed beef cut
1 pound ground Aussie grassfed beef
12 sheets dumpling wrapper
1 cup dumpling filling, spring onions and carrots
1/4 cup soy and ginger reduction
2 cups fried rice noodles
For the beef: Grind beef season and fold in spring onions and carrots. Wrap a spoonful of filling using dumpling wrappers and a touch of water, used as an adhesive. Shallow fry the dumplings until cooked completely and golden brown.
For the sauce: Grate the ginger and combine with soy sauce. Reduce until mixture is thickened to desired consistency.
To plate: Place fried rice noodles on the bottom of the plate. Plate three dumplings with some sauce drizzled over the top.
